Otherwise the build was basically the same 1:1. I tried something sort of similar except :ġ.on the eastern crystal i dropped the gas trap, and added an inferno one to the western - as the gas was pointless there, the ogers coming on the stairs ran for the archers, not the crystal.Ģ.on the buff beam on the western, i dropped 1 archer and 1 spider for 1 mage - because 1 mage wasn't enough especially during the last 2-3 waves. I will be trying to add an inferno trap to the build by simply getting rid of the gas trap in the north-west, and decreasing the buff-beam to 4 in the east crystal.Īnyone tried this build with lower stats than me? I'd really like feedback so I can get a good recommended stats for this build. If you don't want it clogging up that area, and provide more support for the boss, place if more to the right or the center. If you want that choke on the left to be clogged up, place the gas trap more to the left. Yes, the mage is not on top of the spider. The physical beam isn't needed, but it distracts ogres for a little bit. Also, the Physical Beam is right where the Reflection Beam is. The problem with ogres hitting the crystal has been reduced A LOT in my experience with this change.īe sure when placing the gas trap it's on the edge of the buff beam from the previous image. I changed it so the spider goes in that corner, and the archer off the steps (make sure he is pretty much in front of the buff beam). The bottom of the buff beam is right in the corner of that first step. ![]() With the combination of a Propeller Cat and a 2.6k Hero Boost monk, I can melt the boss in seconds with a duo.įirst of all, for those of you lazy people, here's the first wave and complete build DDPlanner Layout. This ability does TONS of damage with a good weapon (Pawn Shot I believe is the best weapon for the ability). The way I go to kill the boss might be unusual, but I use the Series EV's Proton Charge Blast. Though, I have troubles doing it with a duo (except on last wave) ![]() I will keep you all posted. This is the current build I use myself to farm Obsidian Weapons & Supreme accessories. I may post another article on strategies and beam placement as I use her more. I’ve enjoyed my experience with her so far. Costs between 4 and 6 defense points, depending on length. Tower Buff Beam: A beam that is used to buff any allied towers in its path. Costs between 4 and 7 defense points, depending on length. This shock effect also stuns enemies for a brief time. It shocks enemies that pass through it and resets after a brief cooldown. Shock Beam: A beam that is similar to a trap in that it has a detonation count. Costs between 1 and 3 defense points, depending on length. I have to experiment with this a little, but it seems to be a good way to protect the crystal from enemy projectiles. Reflection Beam: A tall beam that resembles a barrier, but instead of blocking enemies from passing, it reflects all forms of projectiles. Costs between 2 and 5 defense points, depending on length. Physical Beam: A beam that resembles a barrier, blocking enemies from passing. Costs between 3 and 6 defense points, depending on length. Proton Beam: A standard beam that does damage to all enemies that pass through it. Left to Right: Proton Beam, Physical Beam, Reflection Beam, Shock Beam, Tower Buff Beam. After placing the second node, the beam will appear between the two nodes. You can place the second node close or far away from the first node, though the farther the node is, the more defense points it eats up. After selecting a space for the first node, you’ll be prompted to place the second node. When you choose a beam to place, you’ll be prompted to place the starting point of the beam. Instead of towers, traps, or auras, the Series EV character has beams. ![]() It’s a high damage beam that does splash damage to all surrounding enemies. The more mana you collect during the charging phase, the longer the beam will sustain. Clicking the primary mouse button (or your default fire key) will unleash what was charged. Proton Charge Blast: When you activate this ability, her main weapon will begin charging. Once it takes enough damage, it blows up and damages all enemies nearby. Holographic Decoy: Summons a non-moving holographic form of you, which attracts enemies. You can create multiple decoys, each costing mana to summon.
